Blue Diamond Generators Perth

Backup/support beware. Have bought generators and air compressor through them not greatest quality but good value. Unfortunately had a common issue with air compressor in first 6 months. No returned calls or emails as promised. Dissapointing, will be shopping elsewhere.Not sure how to reply to response below so have emailed the address on website.

Be very careful of these guys, they are all good up untill there’s an issue with one of their machines and then they don’t care and throw u to the wolves

I purchased a Genesys 2500i inverter generator from BDG for use on camping trips, Good quality unit which lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for after sales service.I dropped off the unit for a service (outside of warranty), on January 4 2023. The unit was 'hunting'.I waited 4 months, regularly sending emails requesting updates. I received replies from various service department administrators, one found the job number and the part that was out of stock (inverter) was finally in stock.At no stage did any service technicians return my emails.In the end I visited BDG service department during the first week of April to cancel the service and take my generator elsewhere. I was told they were still waiting for the part, even though I had been told by the administrator it was in stock.BDG was going to charge me for cancellation of the job number, fortunately Mark waived the charge due to the lack of communication.I took the generator to a smaller family run business. The service was turned around within 2 weeks. No inverter was required, just a new spark plug and general service including oil change.

Had a good experience with Blue Diamond. They are responsive, efficient and very straightforward to deal with. Samuel helped me fix the generator for free in less then 2hrs even when i was at fault.

My first time dealing with Blue Diamond and I have to say I’m very impressed.I found them on an internet search and after looking at their website I was contacted the next day by Kyle.To say things went smoothly would be an understatement, Kyle although coming across a bit grumpy on the phone did a great job and my new Honda generator arrived in Exmouth 2 days later. Great service and a great price. Can’t ask for more than that.

Mark and Moe were absolutely a delight to deal with, couldn't have helped more to help us with what we wanted. We could see the the product in the showroom, purchased straight away and they had them in stock! Exactly what we wanted! Thanks so much, it was perfect!!

I’ve dealt with Blue Diamond over the last 6 years my purchases have not been in the thousands, but I have always found them to be very helpful and great to deal with. A very good family business with a great team.

I purchased a generator new and cannot fault the sales side of things but a product is sometimes only as good as the back up service. I needed a new muffler and called up and gave the model details from the generator that I purchased from them. The muffler arrived, it was used and had rust on it, it also does not match all the same mounting points as the original muffler. From my perspective I provided the details of the unit that I purchased from Blue Diamond and ordered the muffler based on it correctly fitting the unit and being new. I contacted them to advise of the situation and they advised it was off another unit and not new, I was never advised this at the time of the purchase. I don’t think it is realistic when you provide the necessary details that the part will fit and be new. After much back and forth I was offered to return it to Perth at my expense, I already paid $35 freight to receive it, said I was not happy with this and now nothing for weeks. Pretty poor customer service to say the least.
