Firstly Was not notified vehicle was not ready to be picked up, secondly Extra work had to be performed to drill and re tap a bolt which snapped, I’ve found the new bolt to be loose and not secured aswell, I understand things can happen however I was not notified or asked that this would add extra to the initial quote significantly. I understand my car is not the newest or in the best shape however work I’ve payed for should still be performed to a high quality.
