I dealt with Dorian in willeton branch.While he is not the most talkative person I've meet ,neither the most friendly .I really appreciate that he didn't try to bs me.He gave me a price for a small unit, he didn't try to push the sale, to cheaply sympathize with me, to try to trick me into prices .He didn't push for change the ducting.Contrary to 4 other place where I went and ask for a quote.Shop around. Especially in Australia.He gave me the cheapest price. For the unit and installation. Somewhere else was a lot of blabla to try to take more money from me.I pay 20 per cent. Deposit.Bam. One week later. I've got my air con.Simple. And no BS.Thank you.
